The Problem
The firm needed a credible, self-serve platform to onboard traders, evaluate challenge performance, and automate payouts — without the operational overhead of manual review.
My Approach
- Built challenge enrollment, a rules engine, and performance-tracking dashboards.
- Integrated MT5 and TradeLocker for account provisioning and trade telemetry.
- Automated the payout approval workflow with configurable profit-split (up to 80%).
- Added KYC-light onboarding and affiliate referral tracking.
The Solution
Shipped a production prop-firm portal that scales onboarding and payouts while keeping compliance logic fully auditable.
